The Role

Reporting in to the EMEA Service Director you will have total responsibility for managing and delivering customers (internal / external) technical engineering requirements. Managing and directing the Customer Support Engineers and also liaising and directing in tandem the Repair and Maintenance Teams and solutions.

This role requires a BSc Mechanical Engineering professional with the following experience:

  1.  Proven experience within the Gas Turbine or power systems industry
  2. Experience working with a variety of gas turbines (701F would be preferable but not essential)
  3. Highly skilled in producing technical reports
  4. Knowledge of accounting, budgeting and administration
  5. Project management experience
  6. Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment, ideally with some insight within a Japanese organisation
